Support Aggreements – We have support Agreements that will work with every size business our typical agreements are as follows:

Block of Hours: Or Retainers – this is our most basic agreement. You agree to purchase so many hours AND SAVE AS MUCH AS $2437.50 per block in addition you get expected levels of support. 4 hour response time for Critical Emergencies and Next Day or Best Effor response for non-critical. If we ever go outside of this scope we will do it for free!

You can use it for monthly support, Small projects, supplemental support for your IT staff. We do have one criteria that the time must be used in an anniversary year. So buy what you need or let us help you decide.

Maintenance/Support Agreements – Our Maintenance and Support agreements provide levels of support from weekly, monthly,quarterly to yearly. We offer Unlimted Support Agreements with no Strings Attached!

Remote Support – It is just as the name intends. We will connect to your computer remotely from anywhere and anytime. We use a special application that has been customized for All Systems Integration. It was important to us that whatever we used would not be left behind clogging up your computer and causing more problems than it solved. That it was easy to install and use and when we were done it would immediately disconnect us. Allowing you to feel secure!
