What makes us better than geeks. Well let me explain the origin of the term “Geek”.The word stems back to the 1800’s and paraphrased “It’s a person regarded as foolish, inept or clumsy or A person who is single-minded or accomplished in scientific or techincal pursuits but socially inept”. Later it became mainstream and acustomed to technical people working in the field of computer repair and support.

We realize when someone calls us a Computer Geek it is a term of endearment but here at All Systems Integration we prefer to be refered as Computer Professionals.

Here is the difference. A Computer Geek is a broad term and it can mean anyone who has above average knowledge about using computers and solving computer problems. A Computer Professional can really only bedescribe as any person who has the skills, education and expierence to diagnose, repair and support computers and computer networks.
